If you received a notice and summons for jury service on Monday, November 28, from County Court at Law Judge Eric Berg, your appearance and service on that date are no longer required.

According to Judge Berg’s office, the State has requested a continuance, and the Court granted the request.

Judge Berg thanks all prospective jurors for their willingness to serve, and wants everyone to have a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
