HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED MONDAY

  

A Houston man was arrested Monday on Drug Charges.

Brenham Police report that Monday night at 9:40, Sgt. Burns checked out with a suspicious vehicle behind a closed business in the 2800 block of Highway 36 South.  Sgt. Burns made contact with the lone occupant, Samuka Sanoe, 20 of Houston, and smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle.  Sanoe admitted to having marijuana inside the vehicle and a probable cause search was conducted.  Sgt. Burns located marijuana, a vape pin contain THC Oil, and a mushroom based product.  Sanoe was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
