BETHLEHEM IN INDEPENDENCE THIS SATURDAY, SUNDAY
The town of Independence will light up for the holidays this weekend with the annual “Bethlehem in Independence”.
Guests to the town square on Saturday and Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. can walk or take a hayride through a live nativity scene.
Hamburgers and hot dogs will be served, along with hot chocolate, cider, cookies and s’mores.
Santa Claus will make an appearance both nights on his firetruck and take photos.
The activities are presented by Independence Community Events, an organization that promotes and supports the preservation of the township of Independence.
