BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL MCJROTC WINS MULTIPLE AWARDS AT TRAVIS MEET
The Brenham High School’s Marine Corp Junior ROTC competed against 15 other schools at the Travis Drill Meet this past Saturday, and took home multiple awards.
Brenham received first place for both Armed Color Guard and Unarmed Color Guard.
Best Overall Armed Color Guard Commander went to Noah Childs, while Best Overall Unarmed Color Guard Commander went to Jackie Salinas, and Best Overall Commander went to Ximena Cervantes.
Brenham also won first place for Unarmed Exhibition, Unarmed Regulation, Armed Exhibition, and Overall Unarmed.
They were awarded second place for Overall Armed.
Brenham took home third place honors for Unarmed Inspection, Armed Regulation, and Physical Training.
The Marine Corp Junior ROTC is now off until after the holidays. Next up, they will host the Brenham Meet on Saturday, January 14th.
