WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO HOLD FINAL MEETING OF 2022
The Washington County Commissioners are scheduled to hold their final meeting of 2022 on Tuesday.
Agenda items include granting authorization to the County Judge, County Auditor, and County Treasurer to make budget amendments and budget line-item transfers, if necessary, to close out the 2022 fiscal year for Washington County.
The commissioners are also going to be discussing the acceptance of a donation of $202,672 from Magnolia Oil and Gas Operating LLC for road reconstruction and damages in Precinct 4.
In addition to that, they will discuss and possibly act upon a preliminary plat for Childress Ranch LP for a residential development of 115 acres fronting FM 1155 East in Old Washington, and a final plat for Amelia Homes LLC for a residential development of a residential subdivision of Washington Heights at Chappell Hill, which fronts FM 1371.
The commissioners are also going to hear monthly reports from the Emergency Management Coordinator, County Clerk, District Clerk, Justice of the Peace, Auditor, Tax Assessor/Collector, Treasurer, and Constables.
The Washington County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday at 9am in their chambers at the Washington County Courthouse.
