BRENHAM HERITAGE MUSEUM HOSTING “FOODWAYS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY”
The Brenham Heritage Museum is hosting a temporary exhibit entitled “Foodways of Washington County”.
This series of tasting events, which involves local businesses, is a mix of good food & drink and the local history of how cuisine shaped our community.
The next tasting events are as follows:
January 5 - New Contributions with Jet Set Chocolates
January 19 - Beer! with Mike Hopkins Distributing, Brazos Valley Brewing, & Brenham Charcuterie Boards
February 9 - African American Cuisine with L.A. Chicken Shack & Wild Flour Bakery.
Brenham Heritage Museum members get a discount. Individual tickets are $40 for members and $55 for non-members.
Tickets include food, beverages, a brief history talk, and museum admission. All tastings will be capped at 50 people.
Stop by the museum Wednesday - Saturday from 10 AM - 4 PM to get your tickets.
Parking is located behind the museum building. Additional parking is located off Clinton Street in front of the Bus Depot Gallery and to the east of their office building.
