RICK FIGUEROA TO SPEAK AT CHAMBER/EDF BANQUET
The Washington County Chamber of Commerce and the Brenham Economic Development Foundation have announced the keynote speaker for their Annual Banquet.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Rick Figueroa, a managing partner at Patron Partners LLC, which is a wealth management firm.
Figueroa has been providing investment strategies and solutions for over 25 years with a client-centric, holistic approach designed to understand each client’s unique values and goals.
Figueroa is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. In 2007, Merrill Lynch recognized him with the Leadership in Diversity & Inclusion Award and the Greater Houston Complex Values Award.
In 2008, then-Governor Rick Perry appointed Figueroa to the Texas Judicial Council.
In 2016, he was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to serve on the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation, and later becoming its chairman in 2019.
Figueroa also served on the Trump-Pence Campaign’s National Hispanic Coalition in 2016, the Latinos for Trump advisory board in 2020, and on the President’s Hispanic Advisory Council during the Trump administration.
The Chamber/EDF Banquet is going to be held Thursday, February 2, at the Fireman’s Training Center in Brenham.
Tickets are on sale at the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Office at 314 South Austin Street in Brenham. Individual tickets are $50 per person, and will be on sale until January 24. Reserve tables for eight people are also available.
