BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPROVES VARIANCE REQUESTS
The Brenham Board of Adjustment unanimously approved two variance requests at its meeting Monday.
Board members first gave approval to Marco and Beatriz Aguilar for a lot width of 17.6 feet at the street for two contiguous lots at 1000 Burleson Street and the currently unaddressed tract located to the south. A minimum lot width of 60 feet is the normal requirement.
The board then approved Modesta Gonzales to have an 8-foot, 9.6-inch south side yard setback, where 10 feet is the standard requirement, for a single-family residence to be located at 713 Brown Street.
