WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS 37 INDICTMENTS.
The Washington County Grand Jury meet this week and returned 37 indictments.
Jennifer J. Reyes Arauz, 27 of Houston, was indicted for Theft of Mail greater than 30 addresses and Possession of a Criminal Instrument.
Mereicio Allen, 20 of Austin, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Amy Lou Ambriz, 45 of Brenham, was indicted for Attempted Possession of a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Kenneth Bilski, 61 of Smithville, Texas, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Ricky Elidan Everett, 51 of Sealy, was indicted for three counts of Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction.
Tajudeen Kolawole Eko, 68 of Houston, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more convictions.
Jaheir Jaylyn Henry, 18 of Houston, was indicted for Theft of a Firearm.
Carlos Leonel Hernandez-Comacho, 29 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation with the Commission of Assault.
JaTavious M. Harris-Franklin, 20 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Patrick Hurd, 40 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, Deadly Conduct, Discharge of a Firearm, and Unlawful Possession Firearm by Felon.
Anas Mohammed Khan, 31 of Tomball, was indicted for Possession of Marijuana between 50 and 2000 lbs.
Shawn Lampe, 50 of Burton, was indicted for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
Jaime Enrique Lopez-Arevalo, 22 of Houston, was indicted for Theft of Mail more than 30 addresses, Possession of a Criminal Instrument, and Possession Controlled Substance.
Manuel Valencia Lopez, 39 of Brenham, was indicted for Deadly Conduct Discharge of a Firearm, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and Aggravated Robbery.
Carlos Matute-Midence, 29 of Houston, was indicted for Theft of Mail more than 30 addresses, and Possession of a Criminal Instrument.
Stephanie Durnan Upchurch, 37 of Brenham, was indicted for Continuous Violence against a Family member.
David Ramirez, 41 of Houston, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member, with a Previous Conviction.
Garred Kyle Watkins, 35 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
Six people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, they are: Taylor Kelley Darling, 25 of Houston, John Edenfield, 25 of Brenham, Amir Hooshang Hamidzadeh, 37 of Spring, Christian Aguilar Macareno, 28 of Austin, Ashley Virginia Mallia, 31 of Bellville, and Bientot Muhire, 24 of Houston.
The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the name can now be released.
Timothy Jefferson, 33 of Killeen, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Daylynn Marie Black, 23 of Brenham, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse and Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information.
Christopher Galaviz, 37 of Brenham, was indicted for Injury to a Child.
