BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO HEAR RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUEST
The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will take up a residential replat request when it meets Monday.
Herbert and Patricia Hughes are asking to replat their two properties at 607 and 609 South Day Street, which consist of both vacant land and a single-family home, into one property with a combined size of 0.296 acres.
After a public hearing, the commission will hold a vote. City staff recommends approval of the replat request.
The commission will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
