ONE ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

  

One person was arrested Monday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Monday morning at 11:30, Officer Buckner conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Blue Bell Road and East Stone Street. A probable cause search was conducted revealing narcotics inside the vehicle. The driver, Katlyn Rose Preston, 24 of Somerville, was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where she was charged with Possession of a Controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana, less than 2oz, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
