TWO ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES LATE MONDAY

  

Two people were arrested late Monday on marijuana charges.

Brenham Police report that late Monday at 11:50, Officer Crosby conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling in the 2400 block of Highway 290 East. A probable cause search was conducted and marijuana was located inside the vehicle, Lora Monique Hemphill, 33 of Killeen, and Manuel Hemphill, 58 of Killeen, were taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.
