FIVE PEOPLE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY

  

Five people were arrested Wednesday in two separate incidents.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday afternoon at 3:50 Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Hosea Street in reference to suspicious person or activity. The caller reported two male subjects were seen in a vehicle parked behind a building smoking narcotics. Initial investigation revealed Damarcus Dangelo Harrison, 21 of Burton, was in possession of Marijuana between 2 and 4 oz. and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Another occupant, Edward Wayne Daniels, 24 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Unlawful Carrying a Weapon. They were both transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Wednesday night at 10:40, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Mansfield Street for a suspicious vehicle. During a probable cause search, marijuana, a digital scale, and two electronic smoking devices were located. Preston Lee Jr., 19 of League City, was charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. Tyrese Armstrong, 19 of Houston, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz. and Possession of Tobacco by Minor. Tarvis Dykes, 19 of Ft. Worth, was charged with Possession of Marijuana between 2 and 4 oz., Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Tobacco by a Minor.
