TWO BRENHAM MEN ARRESTED OVER WEEKEND

  

Two Brenham men were arrested in separate incidences over the weekend for driving while license invalid.

Brenham Police report that Friday night at 9:50, Officer Anderson conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of North Park Street. Investigation revealed, the driver, Herbert Jackson, 63 of Brenham, was taken into custody for driving while license invalid enhanced, due to multiple previous convictions. Herbert was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.  

Then early Sunday morning at 1:30, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation at South Day and West Mansfield Street. Investigation revealed the driver, Arie Morrison, 35 of Brenham, to be Driving While License Invalid. Morrsion was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid Enhanced due to previous convictions and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.
