BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED THURSDAY

  

A Brenham man was arrested Thursday on multiple charges.

Brenham Police report that Thursday night at 9:50, Officers responded to a business located in the 200 block of Highway 290 West in reference to shoplifting. Upon arrival, it was discovered Justin Orlando Daniels, 33 of Brenham, was attempting to leave the store with unpaid merchandise. Daniels also has an active Criminal Trespass Warning for the premises. Daniels was placed under arrest for Criminal Trespass. During a search of his clothing, he was found to be in possession of marijuana. Daniels was transported to the Washington County Jail and charged with Criminal Trespass and Possession of Marijuana.
