BRENHAM CHORALE EARNS A SUPERIOR RATING

  

The Brenham High School Varsity Chorale recently took part in the UIL Concert and Sight Evaluation in Houston, and earned top honors. 

The Brenham Chorale received superior ratings from the judges, which earned them a Sweepstakes trophy.

Choir Director Amanda Seymour said that students have worked hard all year long to prepare for the evaluation and that it has paid off.

Seymour also added that while the journey has been difficult at times, she is proud of the people that her students have become, and the lessons that they have learned along the way.

One of the songs the students chose to perform was “O Love” by Elaine Hagenberg.  The piece is about pursuing hope when things are difficult.
