SPRING MAN ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

  

A Spring man was arrested Wednesday on Marijuana charges.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday night at 9:40, Officer Grayson Marburger with the Brenham Police Department, conducted a traffic stop at the 200 block of Highway 290 West. Upon further investigation it was found that the driver, identified as Daniel Mercadel, 18 of Spring, was in possession of marijuana. Mercadel was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.
