BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING APPROVES RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUEST

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission gave approval to a residential replat request at its meeting on Monday.

The request came from Victory Family Fellowship of Brenham and Megan and Trevor Bain for 2.761 acres of land at 130 and 154 Lounge Road.  One tract on the property has a single-family home, while the other tract is vacant.

The church is planning to develop the vacant tract for a new church site and is working on purchasing a portion of the other tract to allow more space for parking and drainage.

The replat will reflect the new property lines after the sale, create two tracts of 1.231 acres and 1.53 acres in size, and dedicate a 15-foot public utility easement.
