FAYETTE CO. COMMUNITY THEATRE TO HOST SUMMER WORKSHOP
Fayette County Community Theatre encourages middle and high school students to take part in a summer workshop.
The week-long session runs Monday, June 12th to Friday, June 16th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day in the La Grange ISD Performing Arts Center.
The workshop will be led by professional artists, teachers, college students and professors. It covers acting foundations, voice and diction, light and sound, and costumes and makeup. It will also include a showcase performance.
The cost for the workshop is $135 per student. Lunch is provided.
Application forms can be found online at www.fayettecountycommunitytheatre.com. Forms are due by Thursday, June 8th.
The workshop is provided in partnership with ARTS for Rural Texas, Texas Women’s League, La Grange ISD and La Grange Main Street & Visitors Bureau.
