QUINLAN MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES

  

A Quinlan man was arrested on multiple charges Sunday.

Brenham Police report that Sunday evening at 7:05, Officers responded to a business located in the 200 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a subject suspected of previous shoplifting incidents at the same location. Upon arrival, they made contact with the subject in the parking lot of the business at which time he provided officers with a fictitious name. The subject, Ronald Morris Hoenig Jr., 59 of Quinlan, was also discovered to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Hoenig was placed under arrest and during a search he was found to be in possession narcotics and stolen property. Hoenig was taken into custody and booked into the Washington County Jail for a Parole Violation Warrant, Failure to ID Fugitive, Possession of Dangerous Drug, Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz, and Theft of Property.
