GRIMES COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATING BURGLARIES

  

The Grimes County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the burglary of several storage units that occurred over the Memorial Day Weekend.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the suspects, two white males and one white female, broke into several storage units that are located at 8279 Highway 90 in the Roans Prairie community.

On Saturday night at 8:25pm, surveillance video captured the suspects driving a 2012 Ford Expedition with the license plate N-G-K-7-9-8-1, and pulling a 16-foot double axel trailer up to the units.

The suspects then used bolt cutters to break the padlocks from several of the units at the location.

Items taken include:

a set of white rocking chairs

a set of four, 22 inch, black, 5 spoke/5 lug rims for a Dodge Charger

and numerous cardboard boxes of unknown property.
