ASSAULT ARREST MADE WEDNESDAY NIGHT

A Brenham man was arrested Wednesday night for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Brenham Police report that Wednesday night at 11:05, Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Stone Hollow Drive in reference to a disturbance. Initial investigation revealed Timothy Edward Tripp, 54 of Brenham, threatened the victim with a knife. Tripp was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and transported to the Washington County Jail. No one was injured in the incident.
