THE YARD IS ON THE MARKET AGAIN

  

For the second time in less than a year, Brenham’s baseball themed facility, The Yard, finds itself up for sale.

The current owners, Adam and Ashley Pressler-Smith, announced on Facebook that they are putting the facility, located at 1405 West Main Street, on the market. 

The Smiths bought the business from the Hartstacks, who were the original owners, and had the grand re-opening in November 2022.

While the Smiths say they have enjoyed their time as owners of the Yard, they also like to travel and make memories with their children, and therefore cannot give the business the time its needs and deserves.

They thanked their customers for their support, and hope that new owners for the Yard can be found that will come in and make it even better.

The Facebook post said that have officially closed the doors for normal service, but will continue to take private reservations. 

Customers that had already booked parties are still booked, and the previously discussed rate will be discounted.

Rates are $100 for a two-hour rental, $200 for a four-hour rental, or $350 or an all-day rental.

The Smiths also said that they are no longer providing food and drinks, and that while the facility still can be rented, everyone will have to bring their own refreshments.
