BCDC BOARD TO MEET THURSDAY

  

The Brenham Community Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Thursday.

Several work session items are on the agenda, including a 5-year financial outlook presentation, discussion on property owned by Brenham Kitchens in the Brenham Business Center, an update on a lease agreement with Irby Construction Company for 28.7 acres of land in the Southwest Industrial Park, and a request from Capital Westview Partners, LLC for variances concerning 6.4 acres of land the company owns along James Nutt Boulevard in the Brenham Business Center.

The request from Capital Westview Partners about its proposed development will be debated further in executive session before the board considers possible action.  In another closed session item, board members will discuss 44.06 acres of real property in the Southwest Industrial Park.

The board will meet Thursday at 7:30 a.m. in the second-floor conference room at Brenham City Hall.
