CYPRESS MAN ARRESTED TUESDAY

  

A Cypress man was arrested Tuesday on Multiple Charges.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday morning at 10:20, Officer Ashley Rodriguez initiated a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Chappell Hill Street. Marijuana was located in the vehicle during a probable cause search. Additionally, a vape pen containing suspected THC was located on the driver. The driver, Robert Clarence Walker III, 30 of Cypress, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz., and Possession Controlled Substance.  The driver also has an outstanding warrant out of Waller County for Delivery Marijuana. Walker was transported to the Washington County Jail.
