TWO ARRESTED AFTER SHOPLIFTING CALL

  

Two people were arrested Friday after a theft from a business call was made.

Brenham Police report that Friday evening at 8:40, Officers were dispatched to a theft at a business located in the 200 block of Highway 290 West. Initial investigation revealed Michael Jarod Hubbard, 33 of Hempstead, was on location with an active criminal trespass warning. Another person with Hubbard, identified as Ericaka Williams, 59 of Houston, stole alcohol and home goods. Hubbard was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass. Williams taken into custody for Theft of Property. Both subjects were transported to Washington County Jail.
