ONE PERSON ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

  

One person was arrested on Marijuana Charges pending further investigation into an alleged Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon case.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday afternoon at 12:25, Officers responded to the 1900 block of Northview Circle Drive in reference to a weapon involved situation. Information was collected for a report regarding alleged Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. The incident apparently included a person who displayed a weapon during a disturbance.  While at the scene, a person involved, Jaquaveon Jadarrius Davis, 19 of Brenham, was discovered to be in possession of Marijuana, Davis was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and transported to the Washington County Jail. The Aggravated Assault Charge is still under investigation.
