BRYAN MAN ARRESTED FOR SHOPLIFTING

A Bryan man was arrested Friday for allegedly shoplifting.
Brenham Police report that Friday afternoon at 2:30, Officers responded to the 200 Block of Highway 290 West in reference to a theft. Initial investigation revealed Jorge Carpio, 30 of Bryan, skip scanning two items totaling over $300. Carpio was placed in to custody for Theft of Property between $100 and $750 and transported to the Washington County Jail.
