BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

  

A Brenham man was arrested early Tuesday during a Parks Check.

Brenham Police report that early Tuesday morning at 12:30, Sergeant Sierra Randle was conducting a Parks Check in the 200 block of Lounge Road when she observed a subject identified as Benjamin Villarreal Jr., 44 of Brenham, standing by a vehicle in the parking lot. Marijuana was located inside the vehicle during a search. Villarreal was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. in a Drug Free Zone and transported to the Washington County Jail.
