BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR WARRANTS

A Brenham man was arrested Thursday for outstanding warrants.
Brenham Police report that Thursday evening at 6:40, Officers Ashley Rodriguez and Corporal Tina Bruno conducted a local check on a subject walking in the area of the 200 block of East Academy Street. The subject, Luther Oneal Ragston III, 34 of Brenham, was found to have three active local warrants for; Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to Comply with Duties Upon Striking Fixed Object, and Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd offence. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail.
