All three were arrested back on May 12 after a property owner through use of surveiliance caught them on his land which is located on County Road 127 at FM 180.

Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies observed them attempting to leave on an ATV that was reportedly taken from the property.

All three were arrested a short time later. One of the weapons recovered turned out to be a firearm that was reported stolen from Washington County.

On May 16, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office issued arrest warrants for the trio in connection with other burglary investigations.
