DRIVER AND PASSENGER ARRESTED MONDAY

  

A Driver and Passenger were arrested Monday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Monday evening at 7:00, Officer Eric Crosby initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy and Burleson Street. Marijuana was located in the vehicle during a search. The driver, Chase Lowery, 20 of Frisco, and passenger, Troy Oliver, 19 of Leander, were placed in custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. During the course of the investigation, Oliver was also found to be in possession of a fictitious Texas Driver's License and additionally charged with Tamper with Government Record.
