TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY

  

Two people were arrested Wednesday after traffic stops.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday morning at 8:20, Officer Le’Darion Jenkins and Corporal Crystal Buckner initiated a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Chappell Hill Street.  The driver, Juan Antonio Rodriguez, 36 of Brenham, was discovered to have an active warrant for No Driver’s License. Rodriguez was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Wednesday afternoon at 3:40, Officer Le’Darion Jenkins and Corporal Crystal Buckner initiated a traffic stop in the 2900 block of North Park Street. Marijuana was located in the vehicle during a search. The driver, Christopher Speidel, 23 of Killeen, was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon.
