SEALY JUNIOR SOFTBALL ALL STARS WIN STATE TOURNAMENT

Sunday night, the Junior Softball All-Stars made history by being the first Sealy Little League team to win a state championship!

They won the three team tournament in El Campo by beating teams from Silsbee and Hallettsville.

The Greater Sealy Little League's Junior Girls Team has made history as the first GSLL team to clinch the District 13, Section 1, and Texas East State Championships.

This is a unique accomplishment that no Sealy Little League softball or baseball team has ever done before. The next levels of competition are the regional tournament in Albuquerque, New Mexico starting tomorrow (Wednesday) and the World Series in Kirkland, Washington starting July 30th.

The team is looking for sponsors to help with the cost of meals, travel, and hotel accommodations.
