FOUR SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Four people pled guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.

Ashley Dawn Rine, 35 of Brenham, had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to eight years in prison for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Marcus Andre Lee, 48 of Navasota, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More offences.  He was also ordered to serve 10 days in the Washington County Jail, perform 150 hours of community service, (waived while full time employment), and have an interlock device on his vehicle for 1 year.

Anthony Wayne Henry, 37 of Industry, was sentenced to 155 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Brette Kennedy Hill, 28 of Brenham, was sentenced to 131 days in the Washington County Jail for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000.
