BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

A Brenham man was arrested Wednesday after a traffic stop.
Brenham Police report that Wednesday night at 10:20, Officer Le’Darion Jenkins and Corporal Jose Perez conducted a traffic stop located at 600 block of South Market Street. A probable cause search was conducted and revealed the driver, Anthony James Rogers, 34 of Brenham, was in possession of drug paraphernalia and has an active warrant for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces. Rogers was placed under arrest and transported to Washington County Jail.
