ONE PERSON ARRESTED FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION

  

One person was arrested Monday for Marijuana possession.

Brenham Police report that Monday morning at 9:15, Corporal Armando Guerra conducted a traffic stop on a passenger car traveling near the 2400 block of Highway 290 West.  Marijuana was located in the vehicle during a search. The driver, James Frederic May, 24 of Jasper, was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana. May was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Possession Marijuana less than 2 oz.
