THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED ON VARIOUS CHARGES

  

Three people were arrested early Tuesday morning after an Officer observed a suspicious person near an ATM.

Brenham Police report that early Tuesday morning at 12:05, Officer Le’Darion Jenkins and Corporal Jose Perez observed a suspicious person near a ATM located in the 200 block of Park Street. The subject was identified as being Tremane Cole Daniels, 20 of Brenham, who was approaching a vehicle as the officers were making contact with him. Officers discovered the vehicle was occupied by several passengers and recognized the front seat passenger, Deasha Nicole Daniels, 23 of Brenham.  Deasha was known to have multiple warrants for her arrest; Terroristic Threat, Fraud to Destroy, Remove, or Concealment of Writing, Possession of Marijuana, and two traffic warrants. Another passenger, Justin James Rogers, 38 of Somerville, provided a false name to officers and attempted to flee on foot from the officers. Rogers was apprehended after a brief foot chase. Rogers was positively identified and discovered to have an active warrant for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Previous Conviction. Rogers was charged with another Evading Arrest or Detention with a Previous Conviction for fleeing on foot from officers and Fail to Identify Fugitive from Justice. Tremane Daniels was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest; two for Assault and three traffic warrants.
