FIVE PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Five people pled guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.

Julian Deandre Martin, 31 of Austin, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Marcus Rayford, 37 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication probation for Assault of a Family Member.  He was also ordered to pay a $2000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Taylor Kelley Darling, 25 of Houston, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.

Ruben Valencia Lopez, 43 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 150 hours of community service.

Edward Josue Ramirez-Nava, 26 of Spring, was sentenced to 93 days in the Washington County Jail for Fraudulent Possession or Use of Credit or Debit Cards and Tampering with a Government Record.
