KRUSE VILLAGE ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP
Kruse Village has welcomed new leadership to their Continuing Care Retirement Community. Ross Bradfield has been named executive director and Megan Burch has been promoted to assistant executive director.
Bradfield began his career in senior services in Brenham. He studied at Blinn College, Sam Houston State University, and McLennan Community College. After obtaining his licensed nursing facility administrator license in 2019, Bradfield held leadership roles at several senior communities throughout Texas—most recently in Marshall.
Megan Burch graduated from Brenham High School in 1995, and studied nursing at Western Governors University and Blinn College. She began her career as a hospital nurse before joining the Kruse Village’s clinical team in 2008. She left Kruse Village in 2013 for a different nursing opportunity. Burch returned to the community in March 2022 as director of nursing and was later promoted to her current role. She is currently working towards earning her long-term care administrator license.
Kruse Village is managed by Minneapolis-based Health Dimensions Group. Founded more than 20 years ago, HDG manages 53 senior care and living communities in nine states and serves more than 2,600 residents.
