PARADE FOR SEALY JUNIOR GIRLS TONIGHT (WEDNESDAY)

A parade to celebrate the Sealy Junior Girls Softball Team is being held tonight (Wednesday) in downtown Sealy.

The Sealy Junior Girls made history over the summer by winning the District 13 Championship, the Section 1 Championship, the Texas East State Little League Championship, and the U.S. Southwest Regional Championship.

They would then compete against the world's best at the Little League World Series in Kirkland, Washington, where they made it to the semifinals of the tournament.

The parade is scheduled to begin at the corner of Main Street and Hardeman Street in front of the Sealy City Hall. They will travel east down Main Street, go around Levine Park, travel north on Hardeman, and then go west on Main all the way to the Little League Park.

The Sealy Junior Girls Team are going to be at Field 1, where they are scheduled to meet fans and sign autographs.
