BRENHAM POLICE REPORT DWI ARRESTS

The Brenham Police Department reported DWI arrests between late Thursday and early Friday.
Brenham Police report that Thursday afternoon at 5:20, Officers responded to the 300 block of North Austin Pkwy in reference to a welfare concern. Investigation revealed Richard William Clutter II, 44 of Brenham, was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences, and transported to the Washington County Jail.
Then early Friday morning at 12:40, Officer Lauren Vieceli made contact with a suspicious vehicle at the 1800 block of Highway 290 East. The driver was identified as Jessie John Cienega, 32 of Brenham. Investigation revealed Cienega was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
