ONE PERSON ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT

One person was arrested Saturday for Assault.
Brenham Police report that early Saturday morning at 2:00, Officers responded to 2800 block of Highway 36 South, in reference to a Disturbance. Initial investigation revealed Devin Washington, 19 of Brenham, assaulted his girlfriend. Washington was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Assault Family Violence.
