SHINER CATHOLIC CHURCH FALL PICNIC SEPT. 3
The Shiner Catholic Church is getting ready for its 102nd annual fall picnic.
Food, live music and games are some of the many activities that will be offered on Sunday, September 3rd at the Shiner KC Park at 102 South Avenue G.
Plates of picnic stew, fried chicken, country sausage and all the trimmings will be available starting at 10:30 a.m., dine-in or drive-thru. Burgers, sausage wraps and nachos will be served in the afternoon and evening.
Entertainment will be provided all day long from groups such as The TubaMeisters, the Shiner Hobo Band, the Czech Melody Masters, The JungeMeisters, Reagan Hicks, toLoveAndRescue, the SouthPaw Band, Shiner’s 2nd Wind, and The Emotions.
There will also be a big country auction, cattle auction, country store, drawings, carnival games, bingo, mechanical bull riding, face painting and a washer pitching tourney.
