ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC CHURCH IN FAYETTEVILLE TO HOLD LABOR DAY WEEKEND FEAST
St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fayetteville is getting ready for its annual Labor Day Weekend Feast.
Festivities at the church will take place on Sunday, September 3rd beginning at 10 a.m. with a polka mass.
Plates of barbecue pork and sausage will be served for $15 starting at 10:30 a.m. Meals will be offered to-go and via a drive-thru, but seating is also available indoors. Local parish musicians will provide live music during the meal.
There will also be barbecue by the pound available, along with kolaches and pastries. Barbecue sandwiches and sausage wraps will be served starting at 1:30 p.m.
Other activities will include a country auction, silent auction, plant wheel, cake wheel, country store, bingo and fun for kids.
A percentage of proceeds from the church feast will benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
