GRAND JURY RETURNS 37 INDICTMENTS
The Washington County Grand Jury returned 37 indictments this week.
Clifton Midell Benson, 48 of Somerville, was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info, and 2 counts of Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
Darvon Deyon Dixson, 24 of Dallas, was indicted for 2 counts of Burglary of a Vehicle, with 2 or More Previous Convictions and Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
Reyce Michael Drews, 19 of Giddings was indicted for Attempted Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Gene Edward Freeman, III, 18 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Robbery.
Kaylynn Genell-Ceol Hayes, 30 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger, Assault of a Public Servant, and Harassment of a Public Servant.
Jamerius Hudgens, 18 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Robbery.
Tremingo Deshawn Laborde, 26 of Houston, was indicted for Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz and 5 lbs.
John Kirby Simmons, 70 of Katy, was indicted for Forgery Financial Instrument between $2500 and $30,000.
Jose Maria Sosa, III, 30 of Houston, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
14 people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance. They are: Alarrian Daebreon Amerson, 23 of Burton, Walter Alexander Quib Bulum, 18 of Houston, Mackenzie Desiree Caron, 26 of Aurora, Colorado, Larry Joseph Desotel, 41 of Houston, Jason Fernando Filios, 25 of Belton, Michael Dean Lavespere, 55 of Rosenberg, Jayla Alexus Lockett, 21 of Brenham, Latoya Dawn Macklin, 42 of Killeen, Jasmine Shautie McDonald, 32 of Brenham, Manuel Walterio Cu Pop, 19 of Houston, Matthew Proeung, 19 of Brenham, Andre Jeroy Robinson, Jr., 31 of Houston, Samuel Segura, 21 of Giddings, and Keegan James Snyder, 28 of Sealy.
The following persons were previously indicted and have since been arrested so their name can now be released.
Tomas Acevedo, 35 of Houston, was indicted for Sexual Assault.
Dario Lopez Gutierrez, 26 of Brenham, was indicted for Indecency with Child by Sexual Contact and Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child with the Victim Under 14 Years of Age.
Nicholas Loftin, 33 of Bellville, was indicted for Aggravated Sexual Assault, Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation, and two counts of Sexual Assault.
