TWO AUSTIN WOMEN ARRESTED TUESDAY

  

Two Austin women were arrested Tuesday on drug charges.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday night at 9:05, Sergeant Jimmy Ha conducted a traffic stop near the 2200 block of Highway 290 East. Narcotics were found inside the vehicle during a probable cause search. The driver, Danielle De La Pena, 25 of Austin, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The passenger, Diana Jaimes, 24 of Austin, was also placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
