The 45th Annual Colorado County Fair opened Thursday night with the fair queen’s pageant.
Named the 2023 Colorado County Fair Queen was Taylr Tipton. First runner up was Ashley Treece, while second runner up was Alinna Elizondo.
Queen contestants are continuing to sell season passes and carnival passes for the fair, leading up to the crowning of the Membership Queen next Thursday, September 14th.
Livestock judging will continue today (Friday) and culminate with the junior sale tomorrow (Saturday) at 1 p.m. The fair and carnival begins September 14th and runs through September 16th.
