HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED FRIDAY

A Houston man was arrested Friday on Drug Charges.
Brenham Police report that Friday morning at 5:10, Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a possible crash, called in by a third party. Upon further, investigation it was found that the driver, identified as Tyrone Nelson, 38 of Houston, was in possession of illegal narcotics. Nelson was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail. Nelson was booked in for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
