DISTURBANCE CALL LEADS TO TWO ARRESTS MONDAY
Two people were arrested Monday afternoon by Brenham police after a disturbance call.
Officers responded just before 2:45 p.m. to the 1900 block of Highway 290 West.
Upon investigation, 44-year-old Kyle Aaron Rosenbaum of Brenham was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a firearm. In addition, 23-year-old Almanitra Chavez of Elgin was discovered to be in possession of marijuana.
Rosenbaum was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. Chavez was charged with Possession of Marijuana under 2oz.
Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.
